DogGroups.com reserves the right to review, edit or delete any listings as seen appropriate by DogGroups.com. All breeders and rescue group advertising on the site agree to the following Guidelines:

You may request your listing to be updated by sending DogGroups.com an email with requested changes. This may include description updates, email or website changes, picture updates and address changes. DogGroups.com reserves the right to refuse updating a listing if we do not feel the change is reasonable. This is at the sole discretion of DogGroups.com.

DogGroups.com reserves the right to refuse a listing. DogGroups.com claims no responsibility in monitoring listings, but will not knowingly list any breeders not in good standing or under suspension of the AKC, CKC or other recognized Kennel Clubs. By listing on DogGroups.com you agree that you are in good standing and not under suspension with any Kennel Club that may be applicable and that you do not participate in selling animals to pet stores or testing labs. In addition you agree that any animal that is over the age of 6 months listed on DogGroups.com must be spayed or neutered. DogGroups.com reserves the right to delete your listing if you do not adhere to these guidelines and block your IP address from the DogGroups.com site.

You agree that all dogs being listed on DogGroups.com must be in good health standing or otherwise noted in the description of the listing. This includes but is not limited to any acute or chronic disease that is known about at the time of the listing. If a health issue arises after the listing has been posted, you agree to notify DogGroups.com with details of the health issue so the listing can be updated. In addition, any misleading or false advertising will not be tolerated by DogGroups.com and will result in immediate account suspension.
